About the role
Maqan, a leading Lebanese real‑estate firm, is looking for a full‑time hybrid Real Estate Sales Agent. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through every step of the property transaction process.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients for residential, commercial and investment properties.
- Provide accurate property advice, schedule viewings and conduct property tours.
- Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics and regulatory changes to deliver optimal results.
Required profile
- Knowledge and experience in real‑estate sales operations.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with a client‑focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and assess property values.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills.
- Prior experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial.
