Real Estate Investment Consultant – Remote (UAE Market)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Investment Consultant based in Lebanon or Egypt to join our remote UAE team. This is not a traditional sales‑agent role; the consultant will independently manage sophisticated clients, understand their investment needs, answer questions confidently, and guide conversations from consultation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified buyers and investors from initial consultation through closing.
• Understand client objectives, budgets, and investment requirements.
• Present and recommend suitable UAE property and land opportunities.
• Handle client questions, objections, negotiations, and follow‑ups independently.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors and high‑value clients.
• Stay informed about the UAE real estate market and investment opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM.
• Use AI and modern technology to improve research, client communication, productivity, and sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience specifically in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property and investment market (a plus).
• Proven experience dealing with buyers, investors, and high‑value clients.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems without constant supervision.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, and modern sales tools.
• Professional, proactive, and seeking a long‑term opportunity rather than a short‑term sales role.
