About the role
This full‑time hybrid position is based in Matn District and focuses on helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The consultant will guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring their real‑estate goals are met while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase listings to prospective buyers and renters.
- Manage property listings, update market data, and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth closing procedures.
- Provide market insights and professional advice tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on post‑sale or rental support.
Required profile
- Proficiency in real‑estate practices and property knowledge.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to train clients or team members effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Matn District market (preferred).
- Experience in customer service or client relations.
- Relevant real‑estate certifications are an advantage.
