Real Estate Consultant

About the role

RTI Development is seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant to join its Beirut office. The role focuses on advising clients on residential and investment opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential and investment real‑estate opportunities based on their objectives, budget and requirements.
• Present and promote RTI Development projects professionally, including property presentations, site visits and viewings.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and existing databases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Beirut and wider Lebanese market, pricing, trends and competing developments.
• Prepare proposals, property comparisons and investment information for clients.
• Manage negotiations and support clients through reservation, contracting and closing.
• Record all client interactions, leads and sales activity in the CRM and coordinate with internal sales, development, marketing and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven real‑estate experience (sales, brokerage, development or investment advisory).
• Strong knowledge of the Beirut/Lebanon property market and a track record of lead generation and closing transactions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships with investors and buyers.
• Professional appearance and strong client‑facing presence.
• Arabic and English language skills are highly desirable.
• Relevant academic qualification in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience using property databases.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
