Real Estate Consultant – Client Advisory & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our Jounieh office. The consultant will guide local and international clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, delivering market insights and ensuring smooth transactions from inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals, providing market analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling listings and marketing materials.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Negotiate offers, counter‑offers, and contract terms with owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and other parties to facilitate seamless closings.
• Stay updated on local market trends and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Lebanese real‑estate market.
• Proven sales track record with experience in lead generation and deal closing.
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits.
• Prior experience in real‑estate consulting, brokerage, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using online property platforms.
