Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will join HOMAN Group in Beirut, working on‑site to support the financial management of infrastructure and building projects. You will prepare and review bills of quantities, assist with tender cost estimating, and monitor project expenditures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform quantity take‑offs.
• Develop and maintain cost plans, produce regular cost reports and forecasts.
• Monitor project budgets, track variations and manage financial risks.
• Validate quantities with engineering and site teams, verify contractor claims and support contract administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and standard forms such as FIDIC.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Preparation and review of BOQs.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and cost estimation/QS software.
