Quality Control Technician

About the role

Join the Quality Control team at a leading beverage manufacturing and co‑packing company. You will ensure product quality from raw material receipt through to finished goods, supporting safe and consistent production.

Key responsibilities

• Test and verify incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging against the company’s quality manual.
• Perform routine in‑process testing during production runs.
• Conduct raw/treated water and CO₂ analysis checks.
• Execute microbiological testing on ingredients, syrups, and finished products according to the quality plan.
• Coordinate with production to verify cleaning and sanitation of machinery, using visual inspection and laboratory results.
• Document test results accurately and report non‑conformances to the QC Manager.
• Take corrective actions on non‑conforming results and escalate when necessary.
• Report shortages of laboratory chemicals or equipment promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of QC experience in food & beverage or FMCG manufacturing (preferred).
• Working knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and food safety/quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work shifts as required by the plant schedule.
