QoS Specialist – Remote (Lebanon, Syria, Turkey)

About the role

Azurreo is seeking two QoS Specialists to join its Operations team. The role involves supervising and continuously improving service quality across multiple telecom projects, monitoring site stability, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site stability and service performance, monitoring alarms, incidents, and performance indicators.
• Identify, analyze, and coordinate resolution of operational incidents, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, customers, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
• Track QoS metrics and operational KPIs, preparing structured reports and operational summaries for internal and customer‑facing purposes.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis, preventive action plans, and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding operational updates, incidents, and service‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Previous experience in QoS, telecom operations, network supervision, or service monitoring environments.
• Experience handling technical customer‑facing communication.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Availability for a full‑time role with no conflicting professional or academic commitments.
