QA/QC Officer – LPG Systems

About the role

The QA/QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that central LPG installations meet quality, safety and regulatory standards. This includes bulk storage tanks, cylinder manifolds, piping networks and associated safety devices. The role combines on‑site inspections, technical verification and coordination with sales and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on‑site inspections of completed and modified LPG systems to confirm that installations, materials and safety clearances match sales offers and the Installed Items Report.
• Perform quality checks on finished projects, issue structured inspection reports and non‑conformity notices classified by risk severity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to investigate non‑compliant findings, provide technical support and propose corrective actions.
• Audit on‑site testing procedures, including leak checks, and sign off Testing & Commissioning records.
• Distribute periodic safety and quality highlights, identify unauthorized modifications or hazards, and follow up on unresolved non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC for gas or HVAC systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HVAC or gas systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe software for documentation.
