About the role
The Psychomotor Therapist at A+ Brain Care will assess, treat, and follow‑up individuals facing motor, emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges using psychomotor therapy techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and design individualized movement‑based treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions and monitor client progress.
- Document progress, prepare clinical reports, and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, speech‑language pathologists, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in case discussions, contribute to treatment planning, and deliver psycho‑education on psychomotor development.
Required profile
- Formal training and certification in psychomotor therapy.
- Experience assessing and treating psychomotor, developmental, or neurodevelopmental conditions in children, adolescents, or adults.
- Strong observation, documentation, and report‑writing abilities.
- High empathy, emotional resilience, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with families.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic, English and French.
