Proposal Manager – Construction Projects (Beirut)

About the role

The Proposal Manager will lead end‑to‑end bid preparation for construction projects in Beirut. Working on‑site, you will coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement and finance to deliver compliant, high‑quality proposals that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents and develop bid strategies aligned with project goals.
• Gather technical and commercial inputs from cross‑functional teams and draft the proposal’s technical and financial sections.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, databases and tracking tools to ensure consistency and timely submission.
• Ensure all submissions comply with client specifications and internal quality standards.
• Support post‑submission clarifications and contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proposal development and bid management within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and infrastructure works.
• Excellent project coordination, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with proposal or document management tools.
