Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will work full‑time on‑site for MAQAN, a leading Lebanese real‑estate consultancy. You will manage a portfolio of residential, commercial and investment properties, guiding clients through buying, selling and renting processes while ensuring transparent and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list and market properties across residential, commercial and investment segments.
• Conduct market research, property evaluations and prepare data‑driven presentations for clients.
• Organise and attend property viewings, negotiate terms and draft proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, listings and transaction details.
• Collaborate with colleagues to structure competitive deals and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organisational talent with the capacity to handle multiple listings and client interactions.
• Willingness to work on‑site, visit properties and meet local partners.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management or sales is strongly preferred; knowledge of the Lebanese market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
