Project Manager - Web Development

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, client‑facing Project Manager to lead web development projects across ALM Corp’s portfolio. You will act as the central hub between American clients, designers, developers and internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery, scope definition, planning, launch and post‑launch support for WordPress, Shopify and custom builds.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Manage 15‑20 concurrent projects, identify risks early and implement contingency plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, lead discovery calls, status meetings and milestone presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of designers, front‑end and back‑end developers, QA testers and content strategists, assigning tasks and ensuring clarity.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and balance workloads.
• Oversee QA processes, coordinate user acceptance testing and manage the feedback‑to‑fix loop.
• Plan and execute website launches, including DNS cutovers, go‑live checklists and post‑launch monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong client‑relationship skills, especially with American agencies.
• Excellent communication ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable handling difficult conversations.
• Organised and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality.
