About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Africa and focuses on managing solar PV projects of 10 MW or more. The Project Manager will lead scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting while ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Coordinate expediting activities to guarantee timely delivery of components.
  • Supervise inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage logistics, including transportation and site handling.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Proficiency in expediting and logistics management.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting and scheduling.
  • Ability to perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
