Project Manager – Lighting Projects

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Project Manager to lead high‑profile lighting projects from inception to completion in Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive lighting industry experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale lighting projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope completion.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, exceeding expectations.
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related technical field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in lighting, architectural lighting, electrical or construction.
• Experience working in the GCC region is highly preferred.
• Strong engineering background with solid understanding of electrical systems, architectural design principles and lighting applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations using established methodologies.

Required skills
