About the role
The company in Jounieh, Ghadir is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage job assignments during the evening and night shift. You will coordinate technicians, track job progress and keep the system up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign technicians according to job requirements and scheduling needs.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to relevant team members.
- Update the system with accurate job information and status changes.
- Maintain and organize job‑related documentation and records.
- Support daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required profile
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible and well‑organized.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work on‑site during the specified evening and night shift.
