Project Coordinator – Batroun

About the role

Local Host is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to ensure an exceptional guest experience across its Batroun property. You will be the main operational point of contact for guests, handling post‑check‑in follow‑ups, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams to maintain high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry and actively manage a dedicated company mobile phone to receive and respond to guest calls and messages in real time.
• Contact guests shortly after check‑in to verify comfort, satisfaction, and overall experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and requests during their stay.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, operations) to deliver seamless service.
