Professional Services Engineer – Lebanon

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to deliver and support a high volume of smaller concurrent projects for customers and internal teams. The position is remote‑based in Lebanon and requires a self‑sufficient individual with solid IT and networking knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple professional services projects from initiation through completion.
• Perform technical setup, configuration, implementation, and support tasks.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third parties to keep projects on schedule.
• Assess technical requirements, prerequisites, risks, and dependencies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation, connectivity, and environment issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates.
• Support project meetings, capture actions, and complete agreed technical tasks.
• Communicate progress, issues, and next steps clearly to customers.
• Escalate complex issues while handling routine matters independently.
• Utilise AI tools for documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in professional services, implementation, technical support, or systems engineering.
• Strong general IT knowledge across end‑user systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Networking fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, VPNs.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
