Production Specialist

About the role

L'arome du Liban is seeking a Production Specialist to join its atelier in the Chouf region. You will work hands‑on with a small, dedicated production team to create handcrafted natural cosmetics that reflect the brand’s authentic, farm‑to‑skin philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Produce handcrafted natural cosmetics following documented formulas and standard operating procedures.
• Learn and master the full product range within the first six months.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities using your scientific background.
• Collaborate closely with the production team, maintaining a clean and safe atelier environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Cosmetic Science (Master’s preferred).
• Hands‑on formulation or production experience, including internships.
• Genuine passion for natural and organic cosmetics.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a small craft setting.
• Based in or near the Chouf area.
