Production Coordinator – Joinery, Furniture & Millwork

About the role

The Production Coordinator (Joinery, Furniture, Millwork) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will coordinate end‑to‑end production activities, ensuring designs are accurately translated into shop drawings, material orders and production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update production and installation schedules for multiple projects.
• Monitor material availability, handle documentation and communicate timeline changes with project managers and suppliers.
• Organise workflows between design, engineering, procurement and workshop teams, tracking progress and maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues on the shop floor and support continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating production for joinery, furniture or millwork with solid understanding of fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings and specifications for interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and capability to manage documentation accurately.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, interior design, industrial design or related field (preferred).
