Product Specialist – Urology & Minimally Invasive Surgery

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Product Specialists to support our Urology, Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Surgery division in Lebanon. The role combines sales, technical assistance and clinical training to help surgeons and operating‑room teams deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for assigned product lines.
• Provide technical and clinical support to surgeons and OR teams during procedures.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key hospital and surgical centre accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and respond to customer needs.
• Train healthcare professionals, nurses and surgical teams on safe and effective product use.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on clinical and market developments.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, clinical support or a related healthcare field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related discipline.
• Valid driving licence and own reliable car for frequent hospital visits.
• Strong communication and sales abilities with a commercial mindset.
