Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive medico‑marketing activities for Amgen’s portfolio across key territories in Lebanon. Reporting to the regional sales manager, you will develop and execute business plans, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and support the achievement of revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement compliant medico‑marketing strategies to meet sales objectives and close performance gaps.
• Plan field force deployment, monitor territory figures, and generate action plans.
• Engage specialized doctors (cardiology, orthopedics, rheumatology, endocrinology), optimize visit frequency and provide accurate product information.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and field feedback to update databases and produce timely reports.
• Identify new prospects, increase brand awareness and organize scientific events for healthcare professionals.
• Stay current on medical field developments and market dynamics to align business strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
• Proven track record of territory management and meeting sales targets.
• Experience covering Achrafieh, Metn, Bekaa and Chouf regions.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing concepts.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
