Product Owner / Scrum Master – Drive Digital Product Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a talented Product Owner / Scrum Master to join our product delivery team. You will drive the successful execution of digital products across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for design, development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for web, mobile, and backend projects.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and tech leads.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, bugs, and technical tasks based on business value.
• Track sprint progress, identify blockers, and help remove impediments.
• Coordinate UAT, demos, feedback cycles, and acceptance testing.
• Support release planning, change requests, documentation, and delivery reporting.

Required profile

• Experience as a product owner, Scrum master, business analyst, or project coordinator in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles and delivery practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing backlogs and facilitating meetings.
