Product Marketing Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the market positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for our VeriTouch and VeriLoan solutions. You will translate market insight into compelling messaging, launch plans and sales enablement tools that drive product growth for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize market problems, buyer needs, win/loss insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence across CRM, customer engagement, sales automation, service management, digital onboarding and lending domains.
• Develop clear positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks and persona‑based narratives for VeriTouch and VeriLoan.
• Create high‑quality marketing assets such as presentations, solution briefs, battlecards, use‑case narratives and campaign content.
• Lead product launch planning, field communication, internal training and execution support in partnership with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Equip sales and business teams with demos, battlecards, FAQs and objection‑handling guides that articulate the value of AI‑driven CRM, customer lifecycle management and digital lending journeys.
• Collaborate with product management, pre‑sales, sales, customer success and corporate marketing to bring market context into roadmap discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing within CRM, customer engagement and financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of relationship management, sales and service workflows, and lending journeys from acquisition to retention.
• Ability to translate complex market data into clear, actionable messaging and launch plans.
