Product Manager – Network & Security

About the role

CIS Group is seeking an ambitious Product Manager for Network and Security to lead vendor relationships and drive growth for its Africa Distribution team. Based in Beirut, you will be the key liaison between the company and leading technology partners, ensuring successful market penetration and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual business plan for network and security products.
• Drive vendor engagement and channel development across the region.
• Establish local channel terms and conditions aligned with group financial guidelines.
• Manage forecasting, inventory, and profitability of the product portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Ensure market expansion, contract continuity, and robust sales forecasting.
• Coordinate optimal time‑to‑market for resources and technology.
• Set up a yearly calendar for planning sessions, business reviews, and sales calls.
• Provide mentorship, training, and professional development for team members.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in distribution of networking and security solutions.
• Recent relevant certifications.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.

• Experience with Extreme Networks products.
• Experience with Forcepoint security offerings.
• Experience with Fortinet technologies.
