Product Manager – Huawei

About the role

Hiperdist is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the Huawei portfolio within its Africa Distribution Team. Based in Beirut, you will act as the primary liaison between Hiperdist and Huawei, driving revenue growth, partner engagement, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market trends and achieve gross margin and profitability targets.
• Own annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Huawei, honouring contractual commitments and managing a calendar of business reviews and sales calls.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management, and resource planning to ensure predictable cash flow.
• Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing team, providing quarterly market feedback and championing company policies.
• Drive marketing initiatives, lead generation, and digital presence for the business unit.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
