Product Manager – Global Quality Assurance Framework

About the role

Murex is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Global Quality Assurance Framework (GQAF) within the DLC, Quality, and Release Management sub‑domain. You will shape the roadmap for an in‑house QA and release management platform used daily by 800+ internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for GQAF.
• Provide L2 support in partnership with IS Operations and development teams.
• Conduct product discovery to capture user needs and validate problems before building solutions.
• Collaborate with domain representatives, program managers, and Epic owners to assess investment impacts.
• Maintain and enrich product documentation, including user guides and knowledge‑base articles.
• Work within an Agile Release Train to translate problems into user stories, slice work across sprints, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Deliver demos and communicate value to stakeholders.
