Product Designer – UX/UI for AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex short‑term rental operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers at Base360.ai to design the core platform that powers property management, guest communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Design dashboards, workflows and AI interaction panels for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance.
• Create onboarding flows, booking journeys and marketing assets that clearly convey the product’s value.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate after launch, using AI tools to accelerate exploration.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to cross‑functional teams.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in an evolving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Ability to simplify complex information while preserving necessary details.
