Pricing Optimization Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as a Pricing Optimization Analyst based in Bangkok. You will work on experimenting with pricing strategies, building predictive models, and delivering insights that drive the lifetime value of our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on pricing across traffic sources and customer segments.
• Analyze experiment data to understand demand elasticity and develop predictive pricing models.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate model insights into roadmap initiatives.
• Create and maintain dashboards that monitor pricing performance and growth levers.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
