Personal Training Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Personal Training Instructor to lead our upcoming “Personal Training” course at the Continuing Education Center of Beirut Arab University. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high‑quality training sessions that equip future fitness professionals with the practical skills and knowledge required in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver classroom and practical training sessions on personal training concepts.
• Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Assess participant performance through practical evaluations and written assessments.
• Maintain a safe and motivating learning environment, ensuring proper use of equipment.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to students to support their professional growth.

Required profile

• Hold an EREPS Level 4 certification.
• Demonstrated practical experience in personal training.
• Proven teaching or instructional experience in fitness or related fields.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and keep learners engaged.
