Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Essencemediacom, a WPP Media brand, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to design and execute full‑fledged performance strategies for its clients in Lebanon. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of paid performance campaigns, from setup through optimisation, reporting and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and X.
• Draft performance proposals, presentations and detailed campaign reports for clients.
• Manage relationships with digital platform partners and ensure delivery on performance targets.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyse results and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers and other business units to align performance initiatives with long‑term client strategies.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience across multiple digital media channels.
• Proven track record in app user acquisition and mobile measurement platforms (MMPs).
• Strong client‑facing and presentation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics.
