Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager owns online revenue performance and drives the company’s digital growth across paid media, CRM, retention marketing, e‑commerce, analytics, SEO and website optimisation. The role creates digital strategies, recommends budgets and ensures visibility over marketing spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop performance marketing strategies, campaign plans and budgets by territory and obtain senior approval.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels.
• Monitor and report weekly digital spending and monthly performance against budgets and targets.
• Analyse website, CRM and e‑commerce data to identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities.
• Optimise e‑commerce conversion through landing‑page, product‑page and checkout improvements.
• Run WhatsApp (Wati) and automated email campaigns, grow and segment the opted‑in customer base.
• Manage SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and coordinate technical SEO with developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, including paid‑media budget management.
• Proven ability to analyse advertising, website and e‑commerce performance.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API platforms (e.g., Wati) and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and e‑commerce conversion optimisation.
