Performance Manager – Beirut

About the role

The Performance Manager will own the performance marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of markets, driving user acquisition and ROI for WPP Media’s clients. Based in Beirut, you will work with high‑volume, multi‑market accounts and lead a team to consistently meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver performance marketing strategies across multiple markets.
• Own client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Manage, mentor and up‑skill team members, ensuring best practices are shared.
• Draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
• Oversee campaign setup, optimization, reporting and tracking.
• Ensure delivery on performance targets and translate results into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account leads and other business units on long‑term strategies.
• Drive innovation by sharing and implementing digital performance best practices and beta features.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of digital media experience with strong knowledge across multiple channels.
• Proven track record managing regional or multi‑market accounts in high‑volume environments.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with a creative approach to user acquisition.
