About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a motivated Payable & Receivable Officer to join its finance team. You will work closely with experienced professionals, handling both outgoing payments and incoming collections while ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on overdue customer accounts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Monitor and follow up on insurance claim payments.
  • Review supplier statements, verify invoices against deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment requests, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a payable and receivable role.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
