About the role

We are seeking a motivated Payable & Receivable Officer to join our finance team at CIS Group in Jal El Dib. In this role you will support the company’s cash flow management by handling both outgoing payments and incoming collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Track and follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
Monitor and process insurance claim payments.
Review supplier accounts, verify invoices against deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payment requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely disbursements.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a payable and receivable role.
Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
