About the role

The Payable & Receivable Officer will support the finance team of CIS Group by managing both outgoing payments and incoming collections. Working in our Jal El Dib office, you will ensure timely processing of invoices, monitor overdue accounts and maintain accurate financial records. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in accounts management within an ICT environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Monitor and process insurance claim payments.
  • Review supplier statements, verify invoices against deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment requests, obtain approvals and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or a related field.
  • 2‑4 years of experience in a payable and receivable role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
