About the role

CIS Group, an ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a motivated Payable & Receivable Officer to join its finance team in Beirut. You will work closely with experienced professionals, handling both outgoing and incoming payments while ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on overdue accounts and payment plans.
  • Monitor insurance claim payments and ensure timely processing.
  • Review supplier accounts, verify invoices against deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payment requests, maintain accurate transaction records, and support month‑end closing activities.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, business or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a payable and receivable role.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
