Pattern Maker – Full-time, On-site in Fanar

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Pattern Maker to join our manufacturing team in Fanar. The successful candidate will create and refine garment patterns that meet our design specifications and ensure a perfect fit for our custom-designed uniforms and textile products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate patterns from scratch and modify existing ones according to design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready patterns.
• Utilise Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for pattern development and documentation.
• Oversee sewing processes to verify pattern fit and quality.
• Maintain detailed records of pattern revisions and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in pattern making, pattern design and garment fitting.
• Strong proficiency in sewing and garment construction techniques.
• Experience using CAD tools for pattern development.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in uniform or textile manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams.
