Part-Time Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated part-time Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder of Coducators, an educational centre focused on coding, robotics, AI and technology for children and teens. The role offers hands‑on learning about daily operations, task management and the use of AI tools in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Follow up on tasks, customer and parent inquiries.
• Coordinate with teachers and assist in scheduling.
• Prepare documentation and logistics for summer camps.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and work quality.

Required profile

• Punctual, reliable and able to work without constant reminders.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple follow‑ups.
• Fast learner with good communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards team members, parents and students.
