Paid Social Media Manager – Meta & TikTok

About the role

Wavytalk Lebanon is the authorized distributor of Wavytalk hair tools in Lebanon and Jordan, selling online through dedicated e‑commerce sites. The company’s growth is driven by creator‑led video content, and you will own the paid social strategy on Meta and TikTok, working closely with the copywriter who manages creator relationships. Your mission is to turn this video content into high‑performing ads and quickly inform the team about the next creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Launch daily creative tests using creator, internal, and global brand videos.
• Monitor performance, cut under‑performing ads, scale winners, and manage budgets and pacing.
• Maintain clean ad account structures with separate testing and scaling campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the copywriter on creative performance and suggest new concepts.
• Manage retargeting and catalog campaigns.
• Ensure tracking health (Pixel, Conversions API, server‑side) and flag issues early.
• Handle ad rejections and keep accounts in good standing.
• Deliver weekly performance reports covering ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and creative learnings.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience running Meta and TikTok ads for e‑commerce or DTC brands, with demonstrable results.
• Hands‑on experience testing UGC and creator videos at high volume.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, testing, scaling, and attribution.
• Comfortable with Events Manager, Pixel, and basic Conversions API setup.
• Available for calls and messages during core business hours.
