Outlet Manager

About the role

Le Vendôme Beirut, an iconic luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of its premium food and beverage venues. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned restaurant, bar, lounge or other F&B outlet.
• Ensure memorable dining experiences through exceptional guest service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the outlet team to achieve high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory and operating costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Guarantee compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and drive continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory or management roles in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience in cost control and team management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
