Orthopedic Biomedical Representative

About the role

The Orthopedic Biomedical Representative will promote and sell orthopedic medical devices and implants to surgeons, hospitals, and clinics. The role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge to support customers throughout the purchase and usage cycle, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopedic products, including implants, instruments, and devices, to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, and clinic decision‑makers.
• Conduct in‑service training sessions and product demonstrations for medical teams.
• Provide technical support during orthopedic surgeries when required.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the orthopedic sector.
• Develop territory sales plans and regularly report on sales activities.
• Represent the company at medical conferences and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
• Experience working in operating‑room environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic products and the ability to convey technical information to clinicians.
