About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to own residential remodeling projects from sale to closeout. You will coordinate materials, installers, schedules, work orders and keep customers informed while improving SOPs, checklists and templates.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate materials, installers, schedules, work orders and customer communication.
- Develop and refine SOPs, checklists and templates to keep projects organized.
- Track job costs, manage cash‑flow schedules and provide leadership visibility into progress, profitability and risks.
Required profile
- 5+ years managing residential remodeling or construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience with Odoo or a similar ERP/project‑management platform.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, subcontractor coordination, job costing and cash‑flow planning.
