Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Officer to support the Operations Coordinator in managing and improving the daily functions of our training operations across multiple branches. This role ensures operational consistency, supports course sales efforts, and maintains high standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Coordinator in daily oversight of branch operations and sales performance.
• Support the coordination of training courses, ensuring smooth scheduling and client follow‑up.
• Liaise with instructors to confirm course readiness and content quality.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for instructors.
• Monitor data entry accuracy for course registrations, client details, and instructor assignments.
• Help implement sales strategies and operational workflows across branches.
• Follow up on performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Coordinator.
• Support inter‑departmental communication and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or sales support, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data management systems.
