Operations Manager (Team Lead) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager (Team Lead) to drive day‑to‑day efficiency across our AI‑powered workplace intelligence portfolio, including SupportRoom and VAI. This remote position reports directly to the CEO and serves as the central hub for operational execution, collaborating with leadership, sales, product, technology, customer success, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, consistent operations across all business units and coordinate activities between SupportRoom and VAI.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, maintaining scalability and alignment across departments.
• Directly manage the Operations team, assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and monitoring performance.
• Own ClickUp and group‑wide task‑management systems, maintaining dashboards, trackers, and operational reporting.
• Oversee recruitment administration, contract management, onboarding, system access, and tool provisioning for new hires.
• Support finance administration, subscription management, sales operations, and materials delivery.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and execution focus with a proactive mindset.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of resolving operational challenges quickly.
