Operations Manager – Saudi National (Restaurant)

About the role

Our client, a restaurant business in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Saudi‑national Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficiency, maintaining service standards and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and support restaurant teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling and workforce productivity.
• Monitor inventory, procurement processes and cost‑control measures.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to enhance overall performance.

Required profile

• Saudi National.
• Previous experience as Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Area Manager or similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operational reporting and performance management.
