About the role
We are hiring an Operations Manager for a reputable hotel in the North Area.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the hotel’s operations.
- Monitor staff performance and identify learning needs.
- Promote a culture of excellence in guest care.
- Forecast hotel business on a weekly basis and plan accordingly.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Age between 30 and 55 years old.
- Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business or a similar field.
