Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator (Seasonal)

About the role

The Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator will support the launch and seasonal operation of Flame Kissed’s summer venue in Faqra. This position works across pre‑opening and daily activities to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient coordination among all teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and venue set‑up activities during the pre‑opening phase.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff scheduling.
• Support purchasing, inventory organization and track project timelines.
• Liaise with marketing, entertainment and operations teams to ensure operational readiness.
• During the season, manage daily venue operations, reservations and guest communications.
• Assist with event and entertainment logistics and monitor service standards.
• Handle stock control, purchasing, supplier coordination and administrative reporting.
• Act as the primary link between management, kitchen, floor staff and guest‑relations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, events, operations or guest relations.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work between Beirut and Faqra.
• Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
