About the role
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience to support and coordinate daily operational activities across multiple projects. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors, field teams, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and follow up on project/site activities.
- Conduct regular follow‑up with supervisors and field teams.
- Handle operational reports, schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements.
- Perform site visits and address operational issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company and project procedures.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Previous ground/site experience.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
