Operations Coordinator – Evening Shift (US Projects)

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support U.S.-based maintenance and operations projects from its office in Jdeideh. The role works evenings to align with U.S. business hours, coordinating vendors, clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on operational and maintenance projects.
• Research, source and qualify service providers across the United States.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate rates.
• Prepare technical quotes, work plans and proposals.
• Coordinate procurement of parts, components and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, approvals, invoices and project updates.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solution‑oriented, analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in operations, customer service, sales or coordination is an advantage.
